Prior to his involvement in leasing, Steve spent seven years with RR Donnelly and Sons (RRD) which is the largest printing company in the United States. RRD is a Fortune 500 company with sales in excess of $5,000,000,000.

Steve's time with RRD was spent at the LA Division. This division recorded annual sales in excess of $120,000,000 and it employed over 800 people. Steve was in charge of Accounting, Budgeting, and Purchasing for the division. He had 30 people reporting directly to him.

Steve's background in accounting and finance enabled him to merge into the leasing industry with relative ease in 1991. Since his entrance, Steve has personally reviewed over 5,000 credit applications, both application only and full package and had participated in the funding of well over $300,000,000 in equipment financing.

Steve received his BA in Economics from UCLA in 1984 and his MBA in 1990 from UCI. UCI was recently included in the "Top 50 MBA Programs" in the United States.

Steve lives in the Anaheim Hills and has been married for over 11 years to his wife Shelly. They have three children, Brittany, Allison, and Nicolas.
